What You'll Do

Launch and manage TikTok Shop affiliate programs: recruit creators, set commissions, and build strategies to drive visibility and conversions.
Find and onboard creators that match our brands then help them craft content that SELLS.
Collaborate on viral campaigns from unboxings to live shopping events to paid boosts.
Use TikTok Ads Manager to support affiliate content, track performance, and optimize on the fly.
Dive into analytics: track performance, understand buyer behavior, and make data-backed decisions.
Stay on top of TikTok trends, new features, and platform updates and keep us ahead of the game.

You'll Thrive If You...

Are a recent grad or early-career marketer (0-2 years experience welcome!)
Live and breathe TikTok you're on it daily, and know what's trending before it's trending.
Understand how creators influence purchase behavior and want to master how to make that convert.
Are a great communicator, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer outreach, or TikTok Ads is a HUGE plus but not required.
