Bullfinch Recruitment is partnering with one of our clients to find a Junior CRM & Retention Specialist to join their team.

This role is designed for a professional who is eager to transition into the world of player engagement and marketing automation. This position is for someone who is operationally disciplined, data-curious, and ready to be trained into a CRM Ops specialist.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of campaigns that keep our players engaged and active, working at the intersection of technology, data, and creativity.

What you'll be doing:

Through a combination of structured training and hands-on experience, you will learn to:
Execute Campaigns: Build and schedule retention journeys and look into marketing automation workflows using platforms such as Bloomreach and Builder.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Content, Design, Loyalty, and Customer Support teams to ensure all retention activities align with broader brand campaigns.
Troubleshoot Campaigns: Assist in troubleshooting CRM workflows and identifying process enhancements to improve overall operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Work closely with the CS team to help improve the customer experience for those asking for additional rewards.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the potential to grow into a high impact specialist. Ideally, you bring:

A Technical Mindset: You may not be a CRM expert yet, but you have a high level of comfort with new software and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Operational Excellence: You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in your work.
Strong Communication: An effective communicator who can work independently while collaborating across different departments.
Proactive Mentality: A self-starter attitude with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement and make a real impact in a high-growth environment.

Why you will love it:

This is a brand-new role where you'll build the retention function from the ground up. You'll have real ownership over CRM operations, design best practices that shape our growth, and enjoy high visibility with senior leadership. Every workflow you create and metric you improve directly impacts our mission of delivering extraordinary gaming experiences to millions of players worldwide.

We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas—nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us.
