Job Purpose: We are a nationwide wedding film studio, that coordinates hundreds of weddings each year across dozens of major cities. In this position, you will assist with administrative tasks in a sales focus by handling client inquires and bookings, and coordinating with our operations team.

Duties and Responsibilities: You will work directly with our clients, sales director, and operations team to facilitate successful project completion. This includes…

Daily client communication (including weekends)
Inquiry management
Consultation calls
Recording data and information
Utilizing our Client Relations Management Software (CRM)
Maintaining scheduling

Qualifications:

No formal certifications or degrees are required.

Working Conditions: This position is open to remote work from anywhere in the United States. The position will be self managed, and unlimited PTO is offered. Regardless of how many hours you work each week, you will be salaried at a set rate to incentivize efficiency. Typical expectations are that you will be able to enjoy more time off and work shorter hours than standard “9-5” jobs. We appreciate effective and efficient work, rather than monopolizing your time. You will be held to a high standard, but when the job is done correctly, you are free to use your time to your liking. We reward productivity.
