Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual counseling sessions via a secure telehealth platform
Provide evidence-based, solution-focused therapy for individuals with mild to moderate behavioral health concerns
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organizational standards
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a high-quality patient experience
Adhere to all ethical, legal, and HIPAA compliance requirements

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted independent license: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW (or state equivalent) in AK, AR, DC, DE, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MN, NH, NY, ND, PA, SD, WV
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
Multiple state licenses highly desirable
Strong communication and documentation skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable conducting video-based sessions
