Job Summary:

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant at Dots-lab, you will provide administrative support to our team, handling tasks such as email management, calendar organization, data entry, and more. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our virtual office and enable our team to focus on high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Management: Manage email inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate complex issues to relevant team members.

2. Calendar Organization: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely reminders and notifications.

3. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our CRM or other systems, maintaining up-to-date records.

4. Virtual Filing: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

5. Communication: Provide excellent communication, responding to team members, clients, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.

6. Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Requirements

1. Experience: 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.

2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs), Microsoft Office, or similar software.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
