Job Title: Technical Writer/L&D Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: Until Dec 2025

Key Responsibilities:

3+ years of technical documentation experience, including drafting, editing, and validating content for accuracy and clarity.
Familiar with user guide creation and technical manuals, particularly in environments requiring clear instructions for varied audiences (e.g., Member, Provider, and Client Portals).
Skilled in validating technical documents, conducting comparisons across sections, and performing detailed updates to ensure alignment with evolving specifications.
Experienced in capturing and integrating screenshots and visual aids to enhance documentation clarity.
Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and PDF tools for editing and formatting documentation.
Proven ability to work in agile environments, pivoting quickly based on project or stakeholder needs.
Excellent English language skills, with strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and professional tone tailored to various audiences.
High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to working in ambiguous situations, conducting independent research, and locating accurate information.
Collaborative and personable, able to engage with cross-functional teams while maintaining a self-motivated and focused work ethic.
Industry experience in dental or health insurance is a plus (if applicable).
Writing samples available upon request (prepare 1–2 user guides or technical documents if not already available).
