About Us

Golden Planet is an international fine jewelry company with operations in the USA, and in Europe. We specialize in 14K gold jewelry manufacturing and wholesale, with a growing presence in the U.S. market. We are seeking a skilled freelance Data & Business Analyst to help us interpret business data, build reports, and improve decision-making processes across our global operations.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel reports, sales and inventory systems).
Create clear dashboards and visual reports to support executive decisions (Power BI or similar tools).
Analyze sales, production, and profitability metrics to identify trends and insights.
Build and improve KPI tracking systems for management reporting.
Evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
Present findings and recommendations in concise, data-driven summaries.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial and operational data preferred (sales, inventory, cost analysis).
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on time.
Background in manufacturing or jewelry industry is a plus (not mandatory).
