Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, confirm orders and reply to customer emails.
Provide information about products and services.
Data entry - create sales order, invoice, RMA on SAP, and book shipping.
Process orders, update information, and file the paperwork.
Assist Sales Representative for orders.
Coordinate with Supervisor in handling important/serious complaints.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/lead.
The role is heavily focused on order processing.
Must have order entry experience and is familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Great communication skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A detailed oriented and team-players mindset

Pay Rate Starting: $18-20/hr. DOE

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm
