We are looking for an Online Customer Experience Specialist to ensure customers have a smooth and satisfying journey from start to finish. This role focuses on improving every touchpoint the customer has with our service, providing assistance via chat, email, and feedback follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Assist customers via chat and email with onboarding, questions, and problem-solving
Collect feedback and identify pain points in the customer journey
Collaborate with support and product teams to improve processes
Update CRM records with accurate notes and case resolution
Ensure every interaction meets a high standard of satisfaction

Qualifications

Background in customer experience, user support, or service design preferred
Excellent communication and follow-through skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends
Comfortable with remote tools and CRM software
Proactive, empathetic, and customer-obsessed
