Job Summary

We’re hiring a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join a collaborative legal team. You’ll support an attorney and senior staff by delivering client/customer service and managing communications with medical offices, insurance providers, and other attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in timely, professional follow-up.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
Document conversations and emails accurately in our case management system.
Follow up regularly with insurance companies, doctor’s offices, and other attorneys to obtain needed information.
Keep attorneys and supervisors informed with clear, concise updates.
Complete clerical and customer-service tasks as assigned, following direction from your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication skills; training provided for common scenarios.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn our case management software; training provided.
Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
Organized and reliable—able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on follow-ups.
Able to extract and process information from PDFs and emails quickly and accurately.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
