The Purchasing Coordinator will work closely with the Purchasing team on material needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage purchase orders to vendors; monitor orders until they are received or drop shipped.
Follow up with vendors on purchase orders that have not been acknowledged to ensure timely confirmation and processing of all orders.
Address any discrepancies in shipments sent directly to customers, ensuring immediate communication and resolution of issues.
Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders that have not been received on time, ensuring prompt resolve and communication of any delivery delays.
Process/Receive all purchase orders shipped directly to customers.
Enter tracking in applicable portals
Other duties and ad hoc analysis/reporting as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

2-3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
NetSuite software and international purchasing experience a plus
