Responsibilities

Support project managers and team leads by coordinating daily administrative tasks and project activities.
Organize project documents, meeting notes, timelines, and task lists within the company’s digital systems.
Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, send reminders, and distribute follow-up action items.
Track project progress, update status reports, and ensure deadlines and milestones are accurately documented.
Assist in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing presentations or reports for project reviews.
Maintain clear communication between team members, ensuring updates, instructions, and project changes are relayed promptly.
Monitor project inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members.
Collect and organize documentation needed for project approvals, audits, or internal reviews.
Help identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, and workflow bottlenecks and escalate when needed.
Support general administrative functions such as data entry, document formatting, and maintaining organized digital files.
Ensure all project-related communication and documentation is accurate, timely, and professionally presented.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Entry-level friendly; previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or project coordination is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and pieces of information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive tone.
Comfortable using project management tools, digital calendars, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry, documentation, and follow-through.
Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying responsive and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.10 - $39.02 per hour
