We are looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Docketing Clerk to join our team. This is a remote position, providing flexibility while contributing to a fast-paced and detail-driven environment.

Position Summary
The Intellectual Property Docketing Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and management of intellectual property deadlines, filings, and correspondence. The ideal candidate has prior IP docketing experience, understands USPTO and international filing requirements, and is meticulous in their attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the IP docketing system with deadlines, filings, and related correspondence.
Review incoming communications from the USPTO, foreign counsel, and clients to ensure proper docketing.
Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses.
Generate regular docket reports for attorneys and staff.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure compliance with filing requirements.
Assist with electronic filings and document management as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in intellectual property docketing (law firm or corporate environment).
Strong knowledge of USPTO rules, PCT, Madrid Protocol, and foreign filing practices.
Proficiency with common docketing software (such as AppColl, PATTSY, or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
