Responsibilities

Help clients understand and implement financial strategies in areas like insurance, annuities, and retirement planning
Build relationships and follow up with clients to ensure long-term success
Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions
Collaborate with mentors and leadership for professional development
Option to recruit and build your own team (entrepreneurship track)

Qualifications

Must have (or be willing to obtain) a state Life Insurance License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven attitude
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
No prior experience required — training provided

Compensation

This is a commission-only, performance-driven opportunity. Our compensation plan is one of the most competitive in the industry, with bonuses and overrides available for team builders.
