Overview

As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service team member for our oil field equipment supply company, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding product availability, pricing, and specifications.
Monitor order statuses and communicate updates or delays to clients promptly.
Provide clear and professional communication to maintain client trust.
Prepare reports on customer service performance and call trends.
Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.15 - $26.19 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
