The Ladder Method is a private executive functioning and academic coaching company dedicated to helping students build confidence, structure, and lifelong learning skills. We work one-on-one with students to provide individualized support that leads to meaningful, lasting growth. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Social Media Intern to help elevate and expand our marketing efforts. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

Help draft and schedule email newsletters and marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
Help create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Assist with website updates and support SEO optimization (Squarespace)
Track and analyze engagement metrics
Maintain digital assets, content libraries, and marketing calendars
Provide general marketing and administrative support to the CEO and Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field
Experience creating social media content
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong problem-solving abilities
Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media tools
Familiarity with basic SEO practices
Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms

Details

Part-time: approximately 10 hours per week
Remote with a flexible schedule
$16.90 per hour
