We're looking for a creative and reliable video editor to join the content team! You’ll be responsible for producing 2 long-form videos per week and up to 2 short-form videos per day (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of fast-paced, engaging editing styles commonly seen among creators like Call to Leap, Milan Singh, Paola Montes, and Andres Garza.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and deliver 2 long-form YouTube videos (5–15 minutes) per week.
- Edit up to 2 engaging short-form videos daily across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Apply engaging transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and trending music to match each platform’s style.
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet weekly content goals.
- Stay on top of social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Fluent Spanish speaker — written and verbal.
- Proven experience editing both long- and short-form video content for social media.
- Strong portfolio showing editing in a style similar to the creators mentioned above.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Fast turnaround time and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work ethic.
Time Zone & Availability:
We don’t require you to be in a specific time zone. What matters most is clear communication and daily availability from Monday to Friday.
