Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Remote Sales & Appointment Coordinator to handle inbound phone calls, email and social media messages, schedule appointments, and close sales. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the window tint industry, is confident speaking with customers, and understands how to explain and sell different tint packages.
This is a remote position, but you must be available to work during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemail messages
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Schedule appointments and manage daily booking calendar
Provide clear and knowledgeable information about window tint options and pricing
Close sales and upsell tint packages when appropriate
Follow up with leads and help nurture customer relationships
Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Experience in or strong knowledge of the window tint industry (automotive preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in discussing products, services, and pricing with customers
Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
Experience using online scheduling tools, call handling platforms, or CRMs
A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with stable internet connection
Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Available to work full-time during EST business hours
Preferred Experience
Previous work in window tint, or automotive aftermarket sales
Familiarity with tint types such as ceramic, carbon, dyed, etc.
Use of VoIP systems: RingCentral, Google
Experience with customer tracking or CRM tools
