Our client is a creative-led, performance-obsessed digital agency that helps consumer brands scale across paid media, email, landing pages, and UGC. They work with fast-growing CPG brands and celebrity-backed ventures that expect bold ideas, clear strategy, and flawless execution.
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day client success, help drive strategy, and keep internal creative and media teams firing on all cylinders.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Face of the Agency: Lead client calls, run strategic conversations, and proactively guide clients toward smart growth decisions.
- Own Project Management: Translate client goals into action items. Ensure internal teams are aligned and deadlines are hit. No fire drills.
- Drive Performance Strategy: Collaborate with media buyers, creative strategists, and email leads to bring a cohesive channel strategy to life.
- Lead Creative Reviews: Provide first-pass feedback on ads, emails, and landing pages — and know what "great" looks like.
- Wrangle Chaos into Clarity: Build agendas, synthesize feedback, and keep projects moving through Slack, Asana, and Notion.
- Uphold Excellence: Ensure everything the client sees is 95% polished and every deliverable has a clear "why" behind it.
You’re a Fit If You...
- Have 3–5+ years in client-facing account/project management at a creative or performance agency.
- English fluency C2 is a must!
- Understand how paid media, email, creative, and CRO come together to grow brands.
- Are a confident communicator — great on Zoom, even better in follow-ups.
- Can run a meeting with clarity, set the agenda, keep clients focused, and steer strategy.
- Love turning messy feedback into clear action steps for designers, writers, and media buyers.
- Are obsessed with quality — you proofread, you QA, and you never let sloppy work slide.
- Know how to keep clients happy without over-promising or being a pushover.
- Are fluent in Figma, Asana, Slack, Notion, and Google Drive — and love process when it helps things move faster.
Bonus Points For
- DTC experience (especially beauty, wellness, food/bev, cannabis, alcohol)
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or TikTok UGC trends
- Experience managing brand launches or multi-channel campaigns
- Past work at a fast-paced, founder-led creative or growth shop
