Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Remote Bilingual Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This is a work-from-home position providing administrative and communication support to our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in both English and Spanish
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and efficiently
Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
Translate documents or communications as needed
Provide general support to management
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
✅ Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus
