You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners looking to hire amazing remote talent. If you're persuasive, organized, and love turning conversations into closed deals—this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond to inbound leads and follow up with warm prospects
Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs
Pitch Walter’s services and clearly explain our value proposition
Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to close
Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff
Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales targets
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of experience in sales (bonus points if it’s B2B or SaaS)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with video calls and phone outreach
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Organized and self-motivated
A reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset
Bonus Skills & Tools:
Experience using HubSpot or other CRMs
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Knowledge of remote hiring or offshore staffing
Previous experience selling to small and medium businesses
