About the Role
We’re a US-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote position focused on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies and briefs for Meta ad campaigns
- Analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction
- Collaborate with designers/editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
- Test new creative formats and systematically scale winners
- Bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams
Required Experience
- 3+ years in paid social creative strategy (specifically Meta)
- Proven track record creating successful DTC ad campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with direct response marketing principles
- Portfolio demonstrating high-performing creative work

- Deep understanding of Facebook/Instagram/TikTok platforms and trends
- Proven ability to deliver measurable performance improvements (show us specific accounts you’ve worked on, with clear before/after metrics for spend/ROAS)
