- Host monthly calls to walk clients through their performance reports.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to help clients grow their businesses.

- Work closely with our SEO, content, and web teams to hit deadlines
- Keep projects moving and ensure quality at every stage
- Mentor junior team members and elevate overall account performance
- Be the go-to person for junior team members to escalate client issues to
- Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth

- 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency (with at least 2 years in a client-facing role)
- Strong grasp of SEO and content marketing fundamentals

- Organized multitasker who can manage multiple accounts with ease
- Bonus: Experience in the property management or real estate industry
