Role Overview:
As the Head of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products—from ideation to execution. You’ll lead a range of strategic initiatives and manage complex projects in a fast-paced startup environment. Working closely with the executive team, you’ll help build business projections, drive high-priority initiatives, and ensure product development aligns with the overall business strategy. Your responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Execution
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Ensure product roadmaps reflect business priorities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Use data and financial insights to inform product decisions and optimize for both short- and long-term growth.
- Oversee the development of product documentation to align stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage and coordinate efforts across engineering, marketing, design, and operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with marketing to align product launches with go-to-market efforts for maximum impact.
- Lead teams through complex initiatives, fostering clear communication and accountability.
3. Performance & Growth
- Build and manage business projections, tracking key performance metrics to drive product and company growth.
- Champion a high-performance culture through strong product management practices and results-oriented leadership.
