Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a sharp, strategic, and socially fluent Part-Time Social Media & Community Strategist to support the growth and influence of a single, high-profile personal brand—a Co-Founder & CRO who drives 8-figure social campaigns through programmatic buying, influencers, email, and Adwords.
This role is NOTabout managing multiple company accounts or brands. Instead, you’ll become the digital voice and guardian of one powerful personal brand, blending business insight, creativity, and cultural commentary with authenticity and impact.
As part of a lean, fast-paced content team, you will be the eyes and ears of this thought leader—engaging authentically with their audience, surfacing trends, and delivering timely insights that keep their messaging fresh, relevant, and resonant.
This is a remote, part-time role (10–15 hours per week) with opportunity to grow in scope, visibility, and influence as the brand scales.
Open to candidates in LATAM and Eastern Europe.
Your responsibilities:
Reactive Social Media Engagement (Platform Management):
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions on LinkedIn and Twitter, maintaining the authentic voice and tone of the personal brand
- Identify and flag high-impact conversations, trending responses, or strategic engagement opportunities in real time
- Perform light community management by sustaining engagement on high-performing posts, connecting with relevant creators or thought leaders, and sharing valuable audience feedback
Proactive Strategy & Content Development Support:
- Conduct ongoing trend analysis and cultural research across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to uncover insights aligned with the brand’s tone and topics
- Collaborate with the content team by contributing research-backed ideas, examples, and creative angles to inform both long-form and short-form content planning
- Analyze platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to produce weekly or bi-weekly briefs outlining strategic content opportunities and creative risks
- Offer guidance on post formats, engagement strategies, and timing based on evolving platform trends and best practices
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a personal brand, thought leader, or content-driven business — particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, user behavior, and cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms
- Exceptional writing skills, with a knack for crafting sharp, engaging responses and concise, high-impact messaging
- Proven ability to conduct trend analysis, extract insights, and generate compelling, brand-relevant content ideas
- Solid familiarity with content formats across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter—even if not directly managing publishing on all three
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and deeply engaged with internet culture
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to haves:
- Proficient in using social listening, engagement tracking, and performance benchmarking tools
- Strong ability to spot emerging online conversations and cultural trends before they reach the mainstream
- Background in copywriting, editorial strategy, or digital trend analysis is a strong advantage
- Work remotely from anywhere with flexible hours (10–15 hrs/week).
- Help shape the digital voice of a growing, culturally relevant personal brand.
- Influence strategy and bring fresh content ideas to life with autonomy.
- Growth potential to grow into a larger strategic role as the brand and audience expand.
