As an Online Chat Representative, you will interact with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. You’ll represent the voice of the brand and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.
Deliver prompt, clear, and accurate responses to customer questions.
Assist with product and services information.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Stay up to date on company policies, promotions, and procedures
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role preferred
Strong written communication skills and fast, accurate typing
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent.
