We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Travel & Hospitality Scheduler to support our travel team. In this role, you’ll assist with organizing travel schedules, lodging arrangements, dining reservations, and entertainment planning for individual and group clients. Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and passionate about delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize travel components including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and dining
Review client preferences and ensure itinerary accuracy and schedule alignment
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and make necessary adjustments
Liaise with travel suppliers and hospitality vendors as needed
Maintain digital records of schedules, payments, and confirmations
Monitor timelines to ensure deadlines and travel timelines are met
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with using online booking platforms and web-based research
Basic computer skills (email, web browsers, Google Suite or Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience is a plus
