About the Role
This is a hybrid design + front-end development role embedded directly within our Customer Success team. You’ll work day-to-day in a CS pod alongside CSMs and onboarding managers, helping some of the world’s biggest eCommerce brands launch beautifully branded loyalty and referrals experiences using Rivo.
You’ll take custom design requests from top-tier Shopify Plus brands, often directly via Slack, and bring them to life across the customer journey using our page builder tools and native components. Your work will span Figma design, front-end development, brand communication, and hands-on implementation.
This role is ideal for a creative technologist who can design polished experiences and also bring them to life in production using HTML/CSS and Shopify’s Liquid templating.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design & build branded loyalty landing pages and account components in Shopify using Rivo’s builder tools.
Translate client brand guidelines into high-fidelity Figma designs, and implement them using HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
Collaborate with Shopify Plus brands directly via Slack and video calls to understand design goals and implementation needs.
Build fast, accessible, mobile-first layouts that integrate seamlessly into existing storefront experiences.
Own the front-end lifecycle of design requests: ideation → mockup → approval → implementation → QA.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CS, and Engineering) to surface design and UX feedback.
