What You’ll Do:
Meet with new and existing clients virtually to understand their needs and guide them through benefit options
Educate clients on policies that match their goals and lifestyles
Maintain clear communication and accurate records to ensure a seamless client experience
Provide ongoing support, including policy updates, renewals, and guidance as needs evolve
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to continuously enhance client service
Take initiative in growing your client base through digital outreach and referrals
What You’ll Need:
A desire to help others and a motivation to succeed
Strong communication and listening skills
Confidence working independently in a remote environment
A commitment to complete training and pass a state or provincial licensing exam (support provided)
A professional, ethical, and coachable mindset
