Our client is building a direct-response e-commerce operator running multiple Shopify stores across diverse product categories. We scale via Meta Ads, rapid creative testing, and CRO, keeping one “core” winning product live while launching and pivoting 1–2 test stores at any given time. Their active brands include:
- Willow & Wall – Home décor products (e.g., stools, ottomans, mirrors)
- Caducci – Vintage-style women’s watches (fashion/jewelry)
- Duvana – Cozy apparel (e.g., pajama robes) replacing a prior concept
(Occasionally, projects may involve compliance-sensitive categories where policy-safe framing is critical.)
The Role
We’re looking for an Ad Creative Manager to lead our creative output for performance-driven advertising. In this role, you’ll manage a team of three video editors, develop creative strategies, oversee ad content creation, and ensure all creatives are optimized for measurable performance across Meta (FB/IG) campaigns. You’ll be the main point of contact for Bryan, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a team of three video editors to deliver high-performing ad creatives
- Develop creative strategies, angles, and concepts for video ads tailored to DTC physical products
- Direct and oversee UGC content, scripting, editing, and creative testing at a fast pace
- Create and edit video ad content when necessary
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions
- Serve as the main communication bridge with Bryan and other stakeholders
- Ensure all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines
- Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience managing a creative team
- Strong video editing skills (hands-on proficiency)
- Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization
- Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta (FB/IG)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut and ClickUp
- Experience in categories such as Home & Living, Beauty/Fashion, Pets, and Fitness
- Ability to work in overlap with Canadian time
