We're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives. In this fully remote opportunity, you’ll help individuals and families make informed decisions about their life and supplemental insurance coverage all from the comfort of your home.
No experience in insurance? No problem. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to take on a new challenge, we’ll provide everything you need to succeed including training, licensing support, and quality client leads.
What You’ll Do
Connect with clients through scheduled virtual consultations
Assess their needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
Guide clients through the policy selection and enrollment process
Present coverage options clearly and professionally through online meetings
Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
Provide ongoing support for policy questions and updates
Maintain accurate client information and communications in our CRM
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals
Complete the required licensing process with support from our team
