Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer communications via phone, chat, or other channels
Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively and empathetically
Conduct research and consult on customer inquiries
Apply product/service knowledge to deliver tailored support
Accurately document customer interactions
Qualifications
Fluent in both Laotian and English (verbal and written)
6+ months of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download)
