Our client is a fast-growing brand. We’re looking for an Ads Senior Video Editor in all LATAM who lives and breathes social-first storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn performance data into scroll-stopping creative that drives results.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce a wide range of performance-driven video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Deliver both short-form vertical ads and long-form horizontal content.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to concept, refine, and deliver assets optimized for engagement, click-through, and conversions.
- Independently transform raw b-roll footage into high-performing direct response ads with minimal guidance.
- Incorporate performance feedback and data into rapid creative iterations.
- Enhance content through color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to align with the client's brand aesthetic.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to take a concept and raw b-roll footage and create fast-paced, high-converting direct response ads without a shot-by-shot brief
- Self-starter who can take projects from idea to final export with minimal direction
- Strong decision-making in selecting clips, music, sound effects, captions, and pacing for maximum impact
- Ability to quickly produce and iterate multiple ad variations based on performance data
- Must be based in LATAM
- English resume and portfolio
- Proven experience editing high-performing social ads with strong knowledge of platform-specific trends and formats
- Advanced editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro a plus)
- Strong pacing and storytelling ability across both short-form and long-form content
- Creativity and independence in transforming raw b-roll into polished, high-performing direct response ads
- Ability to select the right clips, music, captions, and effects for maximum impact
- Experience in performance marketing and e-commerce ads, with a data-driven approach to creative decisions
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with creative and marketing teams
- Ability to quickly produce and iterate multiple ad variations based on performance feedback
- Expertise in color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics
