Job Summary
Noggin Branding is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a high-energy sales professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing, including websites, SEO, social media, advertising, and analytics reporting. You will play a critical role in closing deals, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by showcasing the value of our comprehensive marketing services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Find and create leads generated through your sales and marketing efforts and convert them into clients by effectively communicating the value of Noggin Branding’s services.
- Client Consultations: Conduct strategic consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, including website development, SEO packages, social media campaigns, advertising strategies, and AI-driven automation.
- Solution Selling: Leverage your expertise in digital marketing to present customized proposals that align with client goals, emphasizing measurable results and ROI.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and creative team to develop compelling pitches and ensure seamless project handoffs after closing deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and advertising to position Noggin Branding as a leader in the space.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding of website development, SEO strategies, social media marketing, paid advertising (PPC, social ads), and analytics reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). If not this can be trained but the ideal person will be knowlegable in these fields.
- Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with a consultative sales approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex marketing solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable results.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools but not neccessary (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush).
- Bonus Points: Experience working with retail or e-commerce businesses, knowledge of AI automation in marketing, or a background in US markets.
