Title: Nonprofit Relations Manager - Humanitarian Response

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Compensation: Up to $55/hour (USD)
Worksite: Remote (may require travel for partner-related meetings)

Maleda Tech is seeking a Nonprofit Relations Manager - Humanitarian Response to strengthen nonprofit partnerships across the Americas in support of our client's global social impact initiatives.
This individual contributor role will focus on building relationships with organizations involved in disaster response and health-related emergencies, with responsibilities spanning identification, outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. The manager will work independently in a fast-paced environment and serve as a key partner liaison during emergency activations.
Partnership Identification & Outreach
Research, identify, and engage prospective nonprofit partners aligned with emergency response initiatives.
Conduct targeted outreach to mission-driven organizations in disaster response, public health, and related sectors.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with new and existing partners.
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and, when needed, during active emergency responses.
Organize and lead meetings with prospective and current partners.
Support planning and execution of an in-person partner convening in late 2025 to gather feedback and shape training resources, toolkits, and materials.
Education: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in partnership development, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or similar roles.
Strong cross-sector fluency, with experience working in or alongside nonprofits and tech-enabled organizations.
Familiarity with U.S. and international NGO ecosystems, especially in disaster response and public health.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills across cultures and seniority levels.
Highly organized, proactive, and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Experience in startup or emergency-response contexts strongly preferred.
