About the Program
This role is part of the Flowmingo Partner Program, a network of professionals helping expand Flowmingo’s global footprint. As a Global Hiring Connector, you’ll bridge Flowmingo with HR teams, agencies, and recruiters across different regions. Once you join the program, you are expected to bring global hiring leads into Flowmingo, encouraging regional adoption and cross-border engagement.
Responsibilities
- Introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruitment professionals across your market.
- Share the benefits of AI-powered hiring with international organizations.
- Provide Flowmingo with regional insights to guide product improvements.
- Support referrals through onboarding and adoption where needed.
- Earn commission for every successful referral, with additional bonuses for onboarding your own company.
