Job Description:
Nardamed is a U.S.–based health tourism consulting and patient coordination company that connects American patients with top hospitals and clinics in Turkey.
We are seeking reliable and professional Remote Call Center Representatives to manage patient inquiries, explain treatment options, and coordinate the process for patients traveling to Turkey.
This is a 1099 contractor position — fully remote, flexible hours, and online training provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Explain available treatments, provide clear and accurate information.
- Update and manage patient details in the CRM system.
- Maintain discipline, professional tone, and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (Spanish a plus but not required).
- Previous call center, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
