UVS Games is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience working with both domestic and international freight shipments that have rigid delivery date requirements.

UVS Games has published a number of card games, board games. We’ve built products for well-known IPs such as League of Legends, Godzilla, My Hero Academia, Street Fighter , Attack on Titan, Cowboy Bebop , Yu Yu Hakusho, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare shipment plans and prepare shipments using all modes of standard transportation with a focus on truck, ocean and air.
- Monitor global shipment moment making sure everything is on track through delivery.
- Track and adjust inventory data based on inbound/outbound movements
- Triage and solve any issues related to shipments and logistics
- Direct our freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses and other providers to ensure smooth movement of goods
- Control costs throughout the logistics process while still meeting delivery timing needs
- Reconcile freight invoices for our partners against activity performed
- Create logistics related reports
- Travel to meet with vendors both in the USA and abroad is required. (Estimated 5% annual travel time)
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in a logistics role working with international and domestic freight
- A bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
- Experience with USA import and export requirements
- Experience working with inventory tracking systems
- Proven ability to manage various third-party logistics providers
- Ability to negotiate effectively with various logistics service providers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Based in the greater Seattle, WA area
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with the logistics of transporting tabletop games, printed materials and trade marketing materials.
- Experience working with shipments related to products with fixed global release dates.

Salary Range: The base compensation for this role is $28.85 - $34.61 per hour.
