Job Summary

Duties

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.

- Assist in training new team members on customer support processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in sales or call center environments is preferred.
- Proven track record in customer service, demonstrating strong client relations skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various computer applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
