Our client is a mobile app growth company that acquires, scales, and builds subscription-based applications. We take a high-touch, value-added approach to growing our portfolio of mobile apps through data-driven marketing and optimization strategies. They are seeking a results-driven Junior Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms for our subscription-based app portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for mobile app growth and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve target KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CPI
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics on a daily basis
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to track and attribute conversions accurately
Strategy & Collaboration
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on user behavior and subscription funnel data
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
- Contribute to overall growth marketing strategy and initiatives
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including:
- Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch
- Subscription funnel mechanics and optimization
- App install campaigns and user acquisition strategies
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to track, interpret, and optimize based on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate performance insights and recommendations
- Available to work in PST or EST timezone
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with subscription-based app businesses
- Knowledge of additional advertising platforms (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads)
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and methodologies
- Experience working with attribution and analytics tools
- Background in mobile gaming or consumer apps
