Job Description Job Title: Medical Assistant Location: Woodland Hills, CA Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Compensation: $20-$22 per hour Overview: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our care coordination team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting patients enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. You'll conduct monthly outreach calls to assess patient needs, triage medical concerns, and provide education to support ongoing health management.
