FLSA Status: Exempt
3–5 years of sales experience with a strong focus on HVAC products and production
Proven success managing large client accounts and driving revenue growth
In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and manufacturing/production processes
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region, with occasional international travel and trade show attendance
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across the Eastern United States. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who can develop and execute territory strategies, strengthen key customer relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth. You will play a critical role in setting sales direction, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory sales goals
Establish sales targets, track performance, and provide detailed reporting with corrective actions as needed
Build, manage, and grow relationships with key customers and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitive insights
Collaborate with internal teams and other regions to share best practices and drive alignment
Evaluate sales initiatives and implement improvements to address underperformance
Partner with manufacturing to ensure customer specifications are met and support process improvements
Handle and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
$90,000 – $125,000 annually, based on experience
