We are seeking a versatile Product Manager / Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a dedicated development team. This blended role combines product strategy, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on agile execution, making it ideal for a product professional who thrives in an ownership-driven environment.
You will serve as the primary product lead for a defined market, ensuring that global omnichannel initiatives are effectively localized and delivered to create a seamless, high-quality customer experience across our product support organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Regional Leadership

Market Ownership: Act as the dedicated Product Lead for your assigned market, serving as the subject-matter expert on regional requirements, customer needs, and business objectives.

Omnichannel Localization: Champion global omnichannel initiatives and ensure features, workflows, and customer experience standards are successfully adapted and launched within your market.
*
Roadmap Development: Partner with leadership to define, maintain, and execute a clear, transparent product roadmap aligned with both global strategy and regional priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, facilitating regular syncs to ensure alignment, prioritization clarity, and visibility into delivery status.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with core platform and global product teams to represent regional needs and ensure consistency across the end-to-end customer journey.
Agile Delivery & Execution
*
Backlog Ownership: Fully own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team always has a well-groomed, execution-ready pipeline.

Requirements Definition: Translate high-level business goals into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and clear acceptance criteria.
*
Sprint Leadership: Lead all Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives—to drive predictable and high-quality delivery.

Quality & Localization: Partner with Engineering and QA to validate that all deliverables meet the Definition of Done and deliver a polished, localized customer experience.
Qualifications
*
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software development environment.
*
Hybrid Skillset: Proven ability to balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on execution and technical detail.
*
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies; extensive experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
*
Omnichannel Experience: Background working on products spanning multiple customer touchpoints (web, mobile, digital platforms).
*
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
*
Market Exposure (Preferred): Experience supporting North American or international digital markets, including regional localization considerations.
