We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with deep experience driving measurable growth for U.S.-based local service businesses. This role is ideal for someone who can clearly demonstrate SEO impact through real case studies and understands how search performance translates into qualified leads and revenue growth.
You will own local SEO strategy end-to-end, from technical foundations and on-page optimization to authority building and Google Business Profile performance. The role is highly data-driven and focused on execution, results, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for U.S.-based local service businesses with a focus on lead generation.
- Own local SEO initiatives, including citations, location pages, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, site structure, performance) and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
- Track, report, and communicate SEO performance using clear, measurable KPIs.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve rankings, traffic quality, and conversions.
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience.
- Demonstrated results through case studies, especially with U.S.-based local service businesses.
- Strong expertise in local SEO strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and backlink creation.
- Advanced experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console.
- Experience using Google Analytics for traffic, behavior, and performance analysis.
- Ability to identify technical SEO issues and work cross-functionally to implement fixes.
