Job Responsibilities
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Reviewing and correcting data entry errors to maintain data integrity.
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files to facilitate easy retrieval of information.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position.
- Proficient typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
