We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative across all LATAM to handle incoming calls, texts, and emails from residential homeowners interested in our subscription-based window cleaning services. This is a high-conversion, short sales cycle role where most deals are closed in a single interaction.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them from inquiry to close while maintaining accurate follow-up and pipeline tracking. English is essential, as prospects should feel they’re speaking with a local neighbor.
This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who is focused on hitting targets and earning commission through consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails from residential prospects
- Sell subscription-based window cleaning services (B2C)
- Close deals in a short sales cycle, often in a single call
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and lead follow-up
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Great written and spoken English
- B2C sales experience, preferably phone-based or inbound sales
- Strong closing skills and comfort with one-call closes
- High attention to detail in lead tracking and follow-up
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets
