We are looking for a Business Development Executive at US-based Online Academy Business (Remote, LATAM-based) to take full ownership of revenue generation by driving outbound sales and converting enrollments.
About Our Clients
Our client is an education-focused online academy business delivering boutique entrepreneurship programs for middle school students. Their programs are designed for parents seeking high-quality enrichment and are delivered fully online, with peak demand during summer cohorts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle sales process, from lead sourcing and outreach to pitching and closing enrollments.
- Independently research, identify, and build lead lists targeting parents, private school contacts, and enrichment coordinators.
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and relevant online communities to generate qualified conversations.
- Engage prospects, address objections, and guide them through the decision-making and enrollment process.
- Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools.
- Continuously test, refine, and improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies based on response and conversion data.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline health, and closed revenue.
- Citizen of, or currently based in, Latin America (LATAM) with reliable internet access.
- Proven experience in business development or outbound sales, with responsibility for both lead generation and closing.
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to sell to US-based parents and decision-makers.
- Experience with cold outreach methods (LinkedIn, email, or community-based prospecting).
- Comfortable working in a high-autonomy environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work US time zones consistently.
- Experience selling education programs, coaching, or high-consideration services is a strong plus.
What We're Looking For
- Strong ability to own the full sales cycle end to end: lead sourcing → outbound outreach → pitching → closing.
- Highly self-motivated and driven by results rather than oversight.
- Independent operator who can manage priorities, execution, and follow-through with minimal supervision.
- Competitive USD compensation with a base salary of approximately USD 1,000–1,200 per month, depending on experience.
- Performance-based commission of 12–15% per enrollment, with target total earnings of USD 3,000–5,000 per month.
- Fully remote role – work from anywhere while collaborating with an international team.
- Opportunity to grow with the business as revenue scales and additional programs are launched.
