- Entering, dispatching, and doing follow-ups on emergency, same day, and routine service calls
- Delivering exceptional service to our customers while working in a home environment
- Being a Customer Advocate with an upbeat sense of urgency and customer concern.
- Following service department procedures, referring to internal policies and requirements.
- Managing escalations of customer related issues to office team, when applicable.
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience with customer service, including inbound and outbound calling, required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communicate skills, verbal and written
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Accurately type a minimum of 45 words per minute, required

This is an overnight support role requiring consistent availability for shifts within a 5:30 PM – 8:30 AM operating window, including weekend coverage. Specific schedules may vary based on business needs and will be communicated in advance.
