Remote Data Breach Document Review Opportunity

Trustpoint is looking for JD candidates or college graduates to work on an upcoming remote data breach project expected to start as early as Wednesday, February 25th. Ideal candidates will be extremely detail oriented and have a high comfort level with technology, particularly with Excel. This project will consist of reviewing data for PII/PHI, extracting data and inputting data into Excel, and working and reviewing large data files.

Project Details:

Start Date: Wednesday, 2/25/26
Duration: 3 weeks Approx. (could be extended)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze data breach notifications and related documentation
Identify and categorize sensitive/confidential information
Apply issue coding protocols with consistency and accuracy
Escalate complex or high-risk findings appropriately
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security standards
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

College Grads or JDs are welcome; bar admission not required
Prior document review or data breach experience strongly preferred
Experience with Relativity or similar review platforms
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Reliable technology and secure remote workspace

Reviewing documents electronically on a computer screen for continued periods of time

Must work from a remote desktop due to security requirements
General ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues without significant delay.
Required to attend all project calls, training sessions, and video meetings, when needed and sometimes with short notice, from a private location within your home, without connectivity issues.
Must agree to check Trustpoint-provided email frequently for updates and respond promptly when required.
Must agree to use a Trustpoint-provided email account for all project related communications. No personal email use is permitted for project related communications, at any time, for any reason.
