WHO WE ARE:
Apex Legacy is a fast-growing national solar sales company on a mission to help homeowners eliminate their electric bills for good. We're building an elite team of remote appointment setters who want to make serious money from anywhere in the country. No ceiling. No cap. No BS.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
You're not selling anything. Your only job is to have real conversations with homeowners, spark interest in going solar, and book a consultation. Our closer handles everything after that — and when deals close and install, you get paid.
A NOTE ON PAY:
This is a 100% commission role — no base salary, no hourly rate. Your income is entirely performance-based. Depending on the compensation structure you choose, your first check will be tied to either a closed deal or a showed appointment. Either way, most new setters see their first commission within 1–2 weeks of dialing consistently. If you need a guaranteed paycheck to get started, this role isn't the right fit. If you're willing to put in the work upfront, the earning potential is real and uncapped.
We offer two compensation structures — you choose what works for you:
• Commission Per Close – Higher payouts tied directly to closed deals. This is where the real earning potential lives. Higher risk, higher reward.
• Commission Per Showed Appointment – Get paid when your appointment shows, regardless of outcome. This option carries less risk but comes with a significantly lower average pay rate and a lower earnings ceiling.
We'll walk you through both structures during the interview process so you can make the best decision for where you're at.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners nationwide using our dialer and lead system
- Qualify prospects and book consultations for our sales team
- Track all activity in our CRM
- Show up consistently during your chosen shift and hit your targets
YOUR SCHEDULE:
Pick the shift that works for you — commit and stick to it:
- Morning Shift: 9am–2pm MST
- Evening Shift: 2pm–7pm MST
- Full Shift: Both (maximum earning potential)
- Minimum 32 hours per week
WHAT YOU'LL EARN:
- Average setters: $5,000–$10,000/month
- Top performers: $15,000–$25,000/month
- Paid in two parts: upfront when deal closes/set shows + backend at install (30–45 days)
- Uncapped — your effort directly controls your income
- Weekly pay

- Strong communicator who can connect with strangers quickly
- Self motivated and disciplined — you don't need someone standing over you
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system
- Comfortable with technology — dialer and CRM required
- Hungry to make real money, not excuses
No solar experience required — we will train you from day one.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Quiet dedicated workspace
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Available minimum 32 hours per week during shift hours
- 18 years or older
